Game #1 - ZERO Sievert

THE BEST EXTRACTION SHOOTER IN YEARS.

GENRE: EXTRACTION SHOOTER, SURVIVAL, POST-APOCALYPTIC, ROGUELITE, PROCEDURAL GENERATION

If you love Escape from Tarkov then I highly recommend. Don’t be put off by the graphics, the gameplay is deep and so are the mechanics.

ZERO Sievert is a 2D top down extraction shooter that takes place in a procedurally generated wasteland that you must explore, scavenge and survive.

You have to venture out from your bunker to gather supplies, complete quests and battle enemies whilst trying to return to your bunker alive.

Every time you venture out the world is procedurally generated so no run is the same.

This keeps the game exciting and unpredictable.

You also don’t lose everything you gathered when you die. You just lose the progress of your latest adventure (although you can enable perma death in settings).

One of ZERO Sievert’s best features is its weapon modification and crafting.

The huge range of weapon and loot items allow for incredibly varied, advanced and fun weapon modding.

You can build weapons to suit your own playstyle. There are 35 weapons and 150 mods which can be combined.

There is also a ton of quests that will keep you invested in the game for hours and hours.

They help you understand the environment and discover the lore of ZERO Sievert.

Overall, this is a MUST play for any PvE and extraction shooter lovers!

Survive, shoot, loot, craft and explore.

Game #2 - SUMMERHOUSE

BUILD BEAUTIFUL COZY HOUSES

GENRE: BUILDING, SANDBOX, RELAXING, CASUAL, COZY

This is an underrated cozy game gem!

I always enjoy any game that allows you to express your creativity.

SUMMERHOUSE does exactly that. Design and build beautiful summer houses in a lovely relaxing environment.

No rules or restrictions. Just have a good time and enjoy building.

I love this game and if you like TinyGlade or Townscaper then you will too!

Game #3 - PICO PARK 2

A REALLY FUN TIME WITH FRIENDS!

GENRE: ACTION PUZZLE, CO-OP, PARTY GAME, CASUAL

Pico Park 2 is a really fun puzzle adventure that will have you laughing a LOT!

This is the second entry in the series and is just as fun.

You can play with 2-8 other players. You’ll need to make it through 60 fun and chaotic levels or battle through 8 games in battle mode. (There is an endless mode but I haven’t played it yet.)

The level designs are creative and often result in hilarity with friends.

However, as with most co-op puzzle/challenge games, it can border on frustration at times, especially if you happen to be partnered with morons lol.

This is mainly the case if you play with randoms online, I’d say it’s a 50/50 chance of finding a good game.

So I’d mainly recommend playing with trusted friends.

Overall a fun time and a great co-op adventure.

Game #4 - Karate Survivor

BATTLE ENDLESS HORDES WITH KARATE

GENRE: FIGHTING, ACTION ROGUELIKE, MARTIAL ARTS, SURVIVAL

Karate Survivor packs a punch and a kick!

The game is based on 80s action movies - think Police Story, Bloodsport and The Last Dragon.

You’ll need to strike your way to survival as you face endless waves of martial art attackers.

Learn new skills, upgrade your abilities and face new foes.

Your progress will continue after each run, so you can take your new skills and abilities to new locations and boss fights.

It’s probably most similar to Vampire Survivors in terms of progression and upgrades.

A pretty fun game. :)

Game #5 - Pumpkin Panic

IT ONLY COMES OUT AT NIGHT…

GENRE: SURVIVAL HORROR, FREE TO PLAY, FARMING, HORROR

I haven’t shared a free game in a few weeks so here is one I really recommend. :)

Pumpkin Panic is a cozy horror game that combines the relaxing activities of farming during the day, with the not so relaxing activities of survival horror during the night.

You’ll have to tend to your daily farming tasks whilst keeping an eye out for a terrifying creature in the dark.

You can play for free right now.
