SUMMARY
Welcome back to Indie Game Preachers! 🕹️
❤️ Happy Friday! I somehow managed to get a double ear infection this week so this edition is a little bit shorter than usual. You might like this format better anyways. There will be 5 games but the description will be a bit shorter. Let me know what you prefer.
📸 There was an issue with Guess The Indie Game’s code this past week. I’m working on fixing it and it’ll be back next week. Sorry about that!

Game #1 - Bloody Hell

ANGEL VS. SATAN: ONLY ONE SURVIVES
GENRE: ACTION, BULLET HELL, METROIDVANIA, PIXEL GRAPHICS
AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, STEAM DECK
I was recommended this by a reader and I’m so glad I played it - plus it is free!
Bloody Hell is a highly polished bullet hell, metroidvania that is insanely underrated!
You play as Azrael and your object is to descend into hell and kill Satan.
The premise is simple, but the game is a lot of fun! Highly recommended. :)

Game #2 - Gun Frog

GUN + FROG = A LOT OF FUN!
GENRE: INDIE, PHYSICS, FAST-PACED, ACTION, COLORFUL, 3D, SHOOTER
AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, MACOS, LINUX, STEAM DECK
You may have seen this short masterpiece before, from the dev’s Youtube video showing how they made this game in 30 days.
Give a frog a gun and you can expect a good time!
You play as a frog with a gun that must bounce across lily pads and eliminate other hostile pond enemies like flies, snakes or seagulls.
The gameplay is fast paced and physics based. You must master the movement which can be awkward at first, but feels great once you master it.
Overall a fun game that focuses on gameplay and chaos.

Game #3 - Bleed 2

MAJORLY UNDERRATED!
GENRE: ACTION, INDIE, SHOOT EM UP, BULLET HELL, ARCADE
AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, STEAM DECK
This is another game recommended by you!
And it’s another gem!
Bleed 2 is pure, fast-paced arcade chaos where you play as Wryn, the world’s last hero, taking on wave after wave of over-the-top villains.
You’ll dash through the air, reflect bullets back at enemies and face a ridiculous amount of bosses (more than 25 of them) across seven action-packed levels.
The controls are built so you can shoot, dodge and slow down time with great precision, making you feel like an action movie legend.
Thank you all for another great recommendation!!

If you love mystery detective games then this is for you!
You play as Nancy Maple - an amateur geologist and reluctant sleuth headed to the ghost town of Crimson, Ontario.
You’ve been sent to investigate a possible diamond discovery at Crimson Lodge, and things get… weird.
You eavesdrop on eccentric characters, type your way through clues with a text parser, explore moody EGA-styled environments and piece together a mystery that feels cozy and classic all at once.
There are multiple endings depending on how cleverly you connect the dots.

Game #5 - OFF

THE LEGENDARY SURREAL RPG ARRIVES ON STEAM
GENRE: RPG, ADVENTURE, PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR, SURREAL, STORY RICH
AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, STEAM DECK
A surreal cult-classic RPG where you play The Batter, a stoic figure on a cryptic “sacred mission” to purify a bizarre, haunted world.
Guided by a smug talking cat named The Judge, you’ll explore unsettling zones, smack around specters and solve odd puzzles.
The deeper you go, the stranger it gets - unsettling characters, unsettling truths and plenty of unsettling threats. Not everyone’s happy to see you, and some will make that very clear.
