GUESS THE INDIE GAME (new)

Can you guess the indie game based on the 5 screenshots and 1 gif?

Guess this week’s indie game here ➡️ Guess The Indie Game

Game #1 - BALL x PIT

FUSE BALLS, BUILD A BASE, AND DESCEND INTO THE PIT

GENRE: ACTION, ARCADE, ROGUELIKE, BULLET HELL, 2D

AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, MAC, STEAM DECK (VERIFIED)

BALL x PIT is a chaotic roguelite where you hurl magic-charged balls into hordes of monsters and fuse them into devastating combos.

Dive into a bottomless pit filled with treasure, danger and weird physics as you collect resources to rebuild the fallen city of Ballbylon.

Between runs, expand your base, unlock new heroes and automate your growing settlement while you prepare for deeper, deadlier dives.

It reminds me of brick breaker but as a roguelike.

Game #2 - Dread Delusion

SURREAL OPEN WORLD RPG

GENRE: RPG, OPEN WORLD, ADVENTURE, DARK FANTASY

AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, STEAM DECK (VERIFIED)

Dread Delusion is a surreal open-world RPG set across floating continents in a shattered, dreamlike world.

You can talk, fight or charm your way through crumbling cities and haunted skies as you decide the fate of this strange land.

Whether you’re mastering forbidden magic, crafting clockwork weapons or uncovering the occult secrets of forgotten gods, every choice changes the world around you.

With its eerie PS1-inspired visuals and old-school RPG charm, Dread Delusion feels like stepping into a fever dream where beauty and decay intertwine.

Game #3 - Necesse

BUILD A KINGDOM, CRAWL DUNGEONS, AND CONQUER AN ENDLESS WORLD

GENRE: OPEN WORLD SURVIVAL CRAFT, MULTIPLAYER, OPEN WORLD

AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, MAC, LINUX, STEAM DECK (VERIFIED)

Necesse is a sprawling sandbox adventure that blends base-building, dungeon crawling and classic RPG exploration into one endlessly replayable world.

Start with a tiny camp and grow it into a thriving settlement filled with farmers, miners, guards and craftsmen who help keep your colony alive while you head out to slay dragons, pirate kings and fallen wizards.

Every expedition is a chance to uncover new biomes, rare loot and powerful bosses in procedurally generated worlds that can be explored solo, in co-op or on massive dedicated servers with hundreds of players.

Whether you’re farming and trading peacefully or diving into dangerous dungeons for epic gear, Necesse gives you total freedom to build, fight and explore however you want.

Game #4 - SULFUR

DELVE DEEP, FIGHT HARD AND UNCOVER WHAT LURKS BENEATH

GENRE: EARLY ACCESS, FPS, ACTION ROGUELIKE, ROGUELITE

AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, STEAK DECK (VERIFIED)

SULFUR is a brutal first-person action adventure that mixes old-school intensity with modern strategy.

You’ll fight through a grim world of decaying castles, blackened sewers and twisted cults - armed with weapons that feel punchy, customizable and deeply satisfying to use.

Every encounter is deadly, every choice matters and every piece of loot could mean survival or ruin.

Build your own playstyle by combining guns, gear and enchantments to craft powerful, unpredictable loadouts.

Will you rush in guns blazing or plan your every move with precision?

I also want to add that I love the art style of SULFUR. I wished more games used it.

Game #5 - Star Fetchers

IF HOTLINE MIAMI AND KATANA ZERO WERE MASHED TOGETHER!

GENRE: INDIE, ACTION, FREE TO PLAY, ADVENTURE, VIOLENT

AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, STEAM DECK

I wanted to add a freebie game this week! There’s nothing better than a solid indie game that is free to play! :)

Star Fetchers is a hyper-violent and darkly funny adventure game!

You play as two street punks clawing their way up through a city of gangsters, freaks and government conspiracies - all armed with nothing but a sword, bad attitude and way too much confidence.

Guide your blade with your mouse in fast, precise, blood-slick combat as you battle rival gangs, oddball bosses and the twisted secrets of the “Gray Zone.”

It’s part beat ’em up, part fever dream and entirely unhinged!

NEW - FREE DEMOS

NEW - Try Out Some Demos!

I’ve added this new section to help give more attention to indie games that haven’t released yet.

Demos are great for many reasons. They give devs feedback and allow the community to help shape the game before the final release.

They also help indie devs get wishlists for their games. Wishlists are the most important metric prior to release on Steam.

So if you can help them out by giving them wishlists that would be amazing! They don’t cost anything but will majorly help boost the game’s visibility on Steam. :)

Demo 1: YAPYAP

What’s it about?

Online co-op horror game where up to 6 wizard minions go into an archmage’s tower. Use an assortment of spells to vandalize, break and steal - but beware the horrifying magical creatures that roam the halls.

Demo 2: REANIMAL

What’s it about?

Welcome to the hellish world of REANIMAL. In this exclusive playable demo of the game’s opening chapters, you will venture into the abandoned Mill in search of one of your missing friends, and learn quickly that co-operation is the only means of survival.
