❤️🎃 Happy Friday! It’s almost Halloween! So I’ve added some extra games from the horror genre in this week’s and next week’s email!

Game #1 - MISERY
CAN YOUR PARTY SURVIVE A NUCLEAR WASTELAND NIGHTMARE? (1-5 CO-OP)
GENRE: ONLINE CO-OP, MULTIPLAYER, SURVIVAL, HORROR, POST-APOCALYPTIC
AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, STEAM DECK
I’ve been watching MISERY on social media for a while!
Their demo did not disappoint and the game has finally been released! (very positive)
In MISERY, you and up to 4 other friends must try to survive the aftermath of a nuclear apocalypse.
You’ll scavenge through ruins to find items that will help aid your survival. Parts can be used to craft make shift weapons.
You’ll also need to build your bunker in order to keep out horrific monsters that have been birthed as a result of the nuclear fallout.
The world is procedurally generated, so replayability is extremely high!
It’s a combination of Lethal Company and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
I highly recommend checking it out!

Game #2 - DEVOUR
STOP POSSESSED MONSTERS BEFORE THEY DRAG YOU AWAY (1-4 CO-OP)
GENRE: HORROR, ONLINE CO-OP, MULTIPLAYER, SURVIVAL HORROR
AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, MAC, STEAM DECK
DEVOUR is a 1-4 player co-op horror survival game where you and your friends must stop possessed cultists before they drag you straight to hell.
Run, scream, hide and then pray your UV flashlight doesn’t run out.
The devs just added a new carnival map which caught my attention!
I absolutely hate clowns. (And so should everyone in my opinion! 😂)
So that’s why I thought it might be a good pick near Halloween!

Game #3 - RV There Yet
CAN YOU GET YOUR RV UP THE MOUNTAIN WITH CHAOS? (PROBABLY NOT!) (1-4 CO-OP)
GENRE: MULTIPLAYER, CO-OP, FUNNY, PHYSICS, ADVENTURE
AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS
Yes, another co-op adventure! I promise they are worth it!
RV There Yet is using the PEAK formula.
It’s a chaotic 1-4 co-op adventure game that puts your friendship to the test.
Your job is to get the RV - safely - through the forrest as a TEAM.
You’ll need to keep the van running and ensure there are enough snacks for everyone to survive on.
It’s not going to be easy!
This adventure will either be the road trip from hell or the best journey of your life.
Streamers are going to have a difficult time deciding which game to play this weekend.

Game #4 - Skinfreak
THERE’S A DISTURBING SERIAL KILLER ON THE LOOSE AND HE’S IN YOUR CITY!
GENRE: HORROR, ACTION, MYSTERY, ADVENTURE, FPS

A new horror from Puppet Combo’s publishing company!
SKINFREAK is a gory, story-driven horror game inspired by 1980s slasher films and giallo cinema.
You play as Belle, a late-night office worker who finds herself hunted by the city’s most deranged serial killer - a flesh obsessed maniac known only as The Skinfreak.
You’ll need to plan, puzzle and fight to escape the night - or you’ll end up the as newest addition to the Skinfreak’s collection!
P.s. If you’ve never played a Puppet Combo horror game, you need to promise to try Stay Out of the House or Nun Massacre this Halloween. They are some of my favourite indie games ever!

Game #5 - Shady Knight
DARK FANTASY + PARKOUR + MEELE COMBAT? YES PLEASE.
GENRE: DARK FANTASY, ACTION, FIRST-PERSON, FAST-PACED, BULLET TIME
AVAILABLE ON: WINDOWS, STEAM DECK
SHADY KNIGHT is a fast, first-person melee action game that fuses parkour, swordplay and acrobatics!
Kick enemies off towers, vault through windows and chain impossible combos as you master pure skill-based combat - no upgrades, no gimmicks, just you and your blade.
This type of game is right up. my alley. Anything with fast paced movement and violence is something I love.
Plus dark fantasy is the best theme right now!
